The seven wonders of the modern world

In 2007, more than 100 million people voted to declare the New Seven Wonders of the World. The following list of seven winners is presented without ranking, based in Zurich, Switzerland, with winners announced on 7 July 200 in Lisbon and aims to represent global heritage.

• Chichen Itza is one of the most visited arqueological zone in the Yucatan´s peninsule and in Mexico.

Christ Redeemer

• The "Chist redeemer" is a stands some 46 meters of height, this is the tallest statue in the world.

• Now, the Chrst redeemer is mor visited than the other wonders beacuse the event of the world cup will celebrate in Brazil.
• Is a reprsentation of Jesus ubicated in the corcobudo mount. Was finished in 1931.

Taj Mahal

• The "Taj mahal" is the most pefect arquitectonic builder in the world because the large is as large as the height.
• The Taj mahal is a monument of the love therefore have a more beautiful history than the other wonders.
• Is the biggest tomb in the world and was built in honor to the beloved wife of the Muslim Mogul: Mumtaz Mahal.

Machu Picchu

• The "Machu picchu" city was called picchu or picho.
• Machu Picchu is less nteresting than the coloseum because this is was built in the first century.
• This place has the most amazing history of Peeu becaose was lost for three centuries.

Colosseum

• Is the most famous monument of the classic age, was made in the first century.
•  The coliseum is as special as the other wonders for their histories and tourist attractions.
• Is nearly circular because have 80 rows in the contour and is very high.

Petra

• Has one of the best hidraulic sistems because supplied of water at all city.
•      Petra is a great and beautiful city because was built completely in a mount of rock, so is unparalleled
• Petra has a more surprising history than the coliseum.

Great Wall of China

• The chinese wall was built in the 4th century a.C. for the war against the mongolians, this bulde have 7 meetes of height. 5 of width and 8851.8 Km of lage.
